The peaceful accommodation features a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and one bedroom with a queen size bed. Additional amenities include laundry, wifi, tv/dvd, and piano. Tour of the farm available, Native Koa, Kukui, Koa'ai, Ohia, Macadamia Nut and Kona Kope trees.

Rates:
1-2 people $65. per night
Extra person $12.00 per night each
Hawaii State taxes of 11.25% will be added to room rent.
Cleaning Fee: $75.00 regardless of length of stay.
Policies
1 night minimum/1 month maximum stay. This is a smoke-free property, and please leave your pets at home and enjoy ours during your stay. Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
1 night rental required upon booking - balance due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy - For Deposit Refund
If notice is received:
30 days or more before reserved date- full refund
15 - 29 days before reserved date - 50% refund
14 days or less from reserved date - no refund
